Another trouble for Kangana, court order to file case for spreading communal tension
Mumbai’s Bandra court has ordered an FIR against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut for spreading communal hatred. A petition was filed in the court, seeking to register an FIR against Kangana’s tweet as inflammatory. Munna Varali and Sahil Ashraf Syed filed this petition in the Bandra Court.
This petition said that Kangana Ranaut tries to create a quarrel in the Hindu-Muslim community in Bollywood through her tweet. The petitioners say that through the statements and tweets of Kangana, hatred between the two communities increases.
The petition states that Kangana Ranaut is constantly trying to discredit Bollywood. From social media platforms to TV, Kangana is making rhetoric against Bollywood everywhere. She is constantly calling Bollywood the epicenter of nepotism and favoriteism.
Keeping this in mind, the matter was heard today. The Bandra court has ordered registration of an FIR against Kangana in this case. Significantly, Kangana is often in controversies about her tweets and statements.
It is reported that the petitioners had earlier reached Bandra Police Station in this connection, but the police refused to take cognizance against the Bollywood actress. The petitioners then approached the court to investigate the matter.
Arrest possible on receipt of evidence
During the hearing, the petitioner placed several tweets of Kangana before the court. It has been told that an FIR can be lodged against Kangana under Section 156 (3) of the CrPC. The Bollywood actress will be questioned after the case is registered. After this, if evidence is found against him, then his arrest is possible.
