Covid-19: situation out of control in France, French doctor warns
A French doctor warned on Monday that France had no control over the Corona epidemic. The day before his statement, health officials had registered more than 52,000 cases of corona infection. After this, more extensive restrictions were implemented across the country to reduce the pace of infection.
Head of infection diseases at a hospital in Paris, Eric Comes, said the infection is spreading very rapidly. It has crossed its peak. The country needs to put a lockdown once again. He said that we have lost control over the epidemic.
Dr. Jean-François Delfrasi, president of the Scientific Council advising the French government on the transition, said the country was in a very difficult, even critical situation. There are probably more than 50,000 new cases coming up every day. There is a possibility of the situation getting worse in the coming time.
