Less sleep leads to death risk

An analysis examined the relationship between sleep duration and mortality within more than 1 million participants and 112,566 deaths. It found that people who slept for seven to eight hours per night were 12 percent more likely to die in those sleeping less, which means that your risk of early death also increases due to less sleep.
